Chronic Pain
Sensitive nerve endings pick up pain signals and carry these messages along nerves to the spinal cord and then onto the brain. All along these complex pathways, there are biological “gates” that can be either opened or closed. It is when these gates are jammed open that chronic pain cycles begin.

Getting Help
The most important step in the treatment of pain is the localization of the source, or pathway, of pain. While many treatment options exist today, no single approach is suitable for everyone. The Spine & Joint Treatment Center of Florida treats patients with pain symptoms through a variety of innovative individualized treatment plans and state of the art care at treatment centers in both Vero Beach and Jupiter, Florida.
